We have four 1 bed/1 bath units and twenty 2 beds/2 baths units.

What is included in the rent?

Basic Cable, Internet, and Trash.

How much is a monthly rental?

Apartments range from $1,900 - $2,800 per month for an annual lease.

What size are the apartments?

The units range from 500 – 1,065 square feet.

Do you have a community laundry area?

No, each unit has their own full-sized washer and dryer.

Do you have an Elevator?

Yes – it really helps out on move-in day!

Are pets allowed?

Yes, one dog under 35 lbs may be allowed with approval and an additional Pet Fee
